Job Description
- Retrieve and process sales orders twice a day from e-commerce store back end and liaise with third party logistics vendors for deliveries
- End to end inventory and logistics oversight
- Report weekly inventory for stocks
- Assist commercial team with the development of internal sales processes including: receipt and verification of sales, order fulfilment, responding to enquiries, post-sales support
- Support of all Finance and Sales team administration work as assigned, including but not limited to sales order posting, internal and external audits, stock take, etc.
Job Requirement
- Must have related Diploma and knowledge about Logistics
- Preferably someone who able to start immediately.
- Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents only
