Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily store operations, achieving store sales and ensuring every customers receive great service experience.
- Ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any company promotions and mechanics.
- Ensure exemplary customer service standards among the Retail team members according to the company standard.
- Ensure team member complete customer transaction in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect.
- Ensure accuracy in the collection of money from various modes of payment.
- Ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean and prices are present in good condition.
- Ensure all POS/VM materials and other collaterals being displayed at the shop floor are up-to date and displayed according to a standard visual merchandising standards.
- Roster planning to ensure staff productivity.
- Support any store initiatives. Example: Stock take, store change etc.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ levels with a pass in English or equivalent.
- Sales-driven and results oriented.
- Strong passion for customer service.
- Relevant experience in the retail industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset.
- Able to lead and motivate the team.
- Good knowledge of MS office tools.
- Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays.
