Human Resource Administrator

Landi International (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

The Human Resource Administrator provides administrative support to human resources functions. This includes maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, updating internal databases, and providing assistance in various HR initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Post job ads, initial screening, arrange interview, keep record of applications.
  • Work pass applications and related preparations.

Onboarding

  • Initiate onboarding on HRIS, raise payment request for deposit.
  • Coordinate day-1 reporting matters.
  • Enrol new employee to insurance policy.

Training

  • Co-ordinate training schedule with trainers.
  • Ensure logistic arrangement for trainings.
  • Keep training records.

Confirmation

  • Follow up actions required with respective PIC.
  • Send out confirmation email.

Offboarding

  • Follow up offboarding processes with respective functions.

Performance Management

  • Assist in preparation of documentations such as bonus letter.

Others

  • Organize and maintain personnel records and employment documents.
  • Update internal databases (HRIS).
  • Participate and support ad-hoc initiatives (eg team building activities, company events, ad-hoc reports).

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration /Human Resource Management or similar field.
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in admin preferably in HR.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
