Mechanical Drafter Designer (M&E Consultancy)

• M&E Consultancy Services for Building and Industrial project since Year 2003
• Specializing in: ACMV; Kitchen Exhaust System; Electrical Services; Fire Sprinkler & Alarm System, Water Plumbing Services; Sanitary Plumbing Services and Gas Plumbing Services.
• Location: North-East | 5 days work week

Responsibilities:

• Design & drafting of ACMV, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system, electrical system.
• Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements & authority submission.
• Liaison with Clients & Professional of other disciplines

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of M&E Drafting & Design experience in Singapore Building Services - ACMV/Electrical (Designing, Drafting, M&E BIM Modeller, etc)
• Has knowledge of AutoCAD/ Revit or BIM software

Salary

$4,000 - $5,500
