We are looking for ambitious, business-minded, finance oriented and enterprising Client Operations Executive/Specialist to join an international team of experts in banking, compliance, and corporate account management to help support our growing operations.
Job description and responsibilities:
· Lead, own client onboarding process from gathering & record-keeping of documents to system on-boarding to commence services
· Develop, improve, execute on client transaction processing in compliance with procedures
· Execute necessary compliance screening checks per procedures and escalate to Compliance leader as required for approval
· Maintain, monitor running client management profile listing to manage on-going relationships
· Prepare, review and ensure claims on partners for revenues due on a timely manner
· Timely payments as per compensation agreement with prospecting re-sellers
· Set, lead reviews for on-boarding progress to plan and Ongoing reporting to management using existing procedures
· Daily communication with clients through various channels
· Lead, execute Clients’ periodic relationship reviews to procedures, delivering a well-tracked on-boarding and maintenance process through coordination across stake-holders
· Maintenance of client communications records and reporting to managerial stakeholders
· Extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders across several departments (Business Development, external Re-Sellers, operations, legal, finance, etc.)
· Ensuring excellent customer experience to fulfill our mission of “Private Banking experience to Corporate Clients”
· Contribute to enhancements / process improvements for improving effectiveness
Requirements for performing the role effectively:
· Good English proficiency (written and verbal)
· Excellent and organizational communication skills
· Ability to work independently maximizing learning from colleagues
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Strong client relationship management skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and other editing tools with ease of adaptation to other emerging digital technologies
· 1-3 years of experience with a regulated financial institution; prior client-facing role an advantage
· Originality and entrepreneurial thinking - proactive in suggesting solutions to challenges.
