Contracts Manager
To preform Contract agreement review.
To perform Contract and commercial risk assessment.
To develop and implement construction commercial proposal.
To resolve Construction dispute settlement.
To oversee and ensure that budgets are kept and that projects operations are not hampered due to budget allocations.
To meet, build and maintain relationships with Clients, Contractors, Suppliers and Sub-contractors.
To prepare and submit quarterly reports.
