Role and Responsibilities:
Taking of orders, serving of food & beverages to guests & attending to customer’s request
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
Performs Bar inventory
Sets up the Bar and Upkeep the bar area and well stocked
Follow SOPs and deliver timely
Perform cashier duties as & when required
Assist the manager in day-to-day operations and administration
Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction
Able to work under pressure and fast pace environment
Suggest new drinks selection for new Menu launch
Performs duties as required by Branch Manager
