The position of Project Manager, AVP within the Projects & Change team in Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) involves two main mandates. Firstly, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, including clarifying objectives, defining requirements, coordinating experts, managing budgets, and ensuring project governance. They also need to ensure that solutions align with principles and regulatory requirements. Secondly, as Business Process Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will represent IT and Operations at approval committees, analyze business initiatives, design processes, and minimize operational risk.
The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, good knowledge of Front Office to Finance processing chains, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You should be proactive, delivery-focused, and able to work well under pressure while interacting with various stakeholders.
