- Minimum of "O"level
- WSQ Basic Hygiene Certificate Experience
- Can meet and greet customers and organise table reservation
- Can ensure to maintain appearance, cleanliness ant set-up of the restaurant properly
- 3 or more years of experience in Japanese restaurant as a chef
- General knowledge of Japanese food handling, preparation and cooking procedures
- Able to work in team
- Passion to serve
