Job Duties:
- Provide support to customer queries/ feedback on products, services and prevailing promotions.
- Facilitate access for customer to their safe deposit box
- Onboarding and Offboarding of customers including handling of payments
- Handle ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Pleasant and cheerful personality
- Computer literacy (Microsoft words, excel, outlet). SAP knowledge will be advantageous
- Willing to perform overtime ,weekends and public holidays
- Candidates with customer service experience will be considered favorably
