RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for server status monitoring and optimization.
  • Conduct maintenance checks, patches update and review log reports.
  • Perform scripting for manual data input.
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain the stability of existing systems and network environments.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Responsible for server environment construction, fault location and troubleshooting for Linux OS.
  • Analysis of logging information for debugging and reporting.
  • Provide end-user support for computer software.
  • Perform administration and maintenance routines of assigned subsystems.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information System, Networking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in networking, storage, compute, and security deployment.
  • Relevant certification or experience in Azure is preferred.
  • Experienced with Windows AD, Keycloak, MongoDB Enterprise, NGINX, ElasticSearch, NXLog EE, NXLog Manager, NXLog Support, Grafana, Qradar, OpenShift, GEM, ArcGIS GeoEvent, ArcGIS Desktop, MSSQL 2022, MSSQL 2022 for Keycloak will be additional advantage.
  • Experience with VMWare will be good.
  • Experience in working with end users, stakeholders, and other development teams in fast-paced environment.
  • Good analytical and problems solving skills with sound result oriented mindset.
