Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements and initiatives to deliver outstanding business outcomes.
- Design and implementation of Appian low-code solutions, and organisation models to meet client digital platform needs.
- Gathering and refining business requirements;
- Defining/prioritizing the product roadmap/backlog;
- Defines application user roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for all configuration, continuous code integration, development and functional testing.
- Responsible to understand the requirements, designing and mapping the same to the Business processes.
- Design and develop database objects to support BPM applications. Ensuring the development is as per user requirements and adhering to company standards, processes, and best practices.
- Deliver projects in either Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies, as project dictates.
- Participate in the day-to-day activities of the Appian BPM development teams.
- Managing client relationship and collaborating with Portfolio Leads, Sales, Internal and Client Stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of total experience and 5+ years of relevant experience in Appian Design and Development.
- Expertise in the Architecture and development of Appian-based applications and products using TDD frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies in On-Premises/AWS/Azure Cloud Environments.
- Experienced in managing client accounts and collaborating with Portfolio Leads, Sales, Internal and Client Stakeholders.
- Good experience in Process Model, CDT, Records, Reports and Site design.
- Excellent hands-on experience in coding and trouble shooting.
- Good experience in handling integration objects.
- Experience of API integration design and development, including Appian connectors
- Familiar with Appian plug ins including rules engines.
