RESPONSIBILITIES
· Staff Management (Recruitment, working hours, leave management)
· Conduct annual training programs for operations
· Communicate between Management, other departments and restaurant operations
· Stock management and inventory (daily and monthly equipment and beverage inventory)
· Purchases and collaboration with suppliers
· Holistic customer service handling (enquiries, complaints, regular service duties & PR)
· Crisis management
· Profitability assessment and business development
· Current and future partner liaison
· Provides feedback and coaching to the team regularly
· Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales and labour costs
· Control of crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen and equipment
· Completion of weekly schedules. Schedule staff as necessary to ensure adequate and consistent levels of service
· Oversees the dining area, supervises F&B service staff in accordance with operating policies
· Enforce sanitary practices
· Attendance and participation of weekly F&B meetings
· Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services
· Maintain ambience by controlling lighting, music, linen service, glassware, dinnerware and utensils quality and placement; monitoring food presentation and service
· Responsible for overall restaurant operations
