- Support the HRBP on effective delivery of HR operations and support activities to Business Units, including but not limited to recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations and engagement, compliance to regulatory requirements, training and administrative support.
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process involving of posting of advertisement, shortlisting / interviewing of candidates, preparing of offer package).
- Recruit for qualified applicants; conduct screening process; ensure completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Liaise with intra-departmental for their recruitment needs.
- Handling of all employee onboarding and offboarding process.
- Works with HRBP to provide initiatives and improvements policies, processes, programs, training and projects.
- Ensure completion of requisite skills training for new hires, as well as other required skills training to include program delivery, monitoring and/or testing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Make recommendations, provide solutions, and resolve issues as challenges arise.
- Weekly reports to HRBP on assigned tasks and provides timely and periodic reports / statistics within the scope of work.
- Participate and executive in the HR program to drive employee retention, engagement and development.
- Participate in developing departmental goals and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in HR/Business is preferred. Diploma holders with more years of HR experience can be considered.
- Minimum 5 years human resources work experience required.
- Manufacturing experience is a must.
- Possess strong knowledge of Employment Act and Singapore laws and regulations. Familiarity with HR functions such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Disciplinary & Grievance procedures etc.
- Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative, exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Strong team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, analytical and strong in processes.
