Summary
The sales executive is responsible to generate and increase sales revenues as well as expand client base by seeking and following on leads, first point of technical contact by providing technical assistance and advice to clients, establish and maintain customer relations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish new customer market and sell the company’s range of products and services.
- Expand sales to existing client and provide excellent before and after sales services.
- Form good network/contacts with client and industry associations to be constantly connected to various events for networking opportunities.
- Provide customers with proposals which meets their needs.
- Follow up with client enquiries, and contracts.
- Other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Minimum diploma/degree in mechanical engineering / related discipline or extensive experience in the specialty lubricants industry.
- Independent, discipline, self-motivated and service oriented.
- Strong problem solving and ability to provide solutions skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Valid Class 3 license
