Job description:

  • Payroll management:
  • responsible for managing the payroll process
  • maintaining employee payroll records
  • processing payroll on a timely and accurate basis
  • ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations
  • coordinating with the finance team
  • reviewing and reconciling payroll reports
  • addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Benefits administration:
  • responsible for administering employee benefits
  • handle health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
  • coordinating with insurance providers
  • communicating benefits information to employees
  • addressing any questions or concerns related to benefits.
  • Recruitment and staffing:
  • responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process
  • developing job descriptions
  • posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • responsible for onboarding new hires and ensuringproperly trained
  • Employee relations:
  • responsible for managing employee relations
  • addressing employee concerns and grievances
  • managing employee discipline and performance
  • ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • responsible for developing and implementing employee policies and procedures.
  • Training and development:
  • responsible for managing employee training and development programs
  • identifying training needs, developing training programs, and delivering training sessions
  • responsible for monitoring employee progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Compliance:
  • responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulation
  • responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Requirement:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant.
