The Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Work closely with Technical Manager or Team Lead to achieve project SLA
- Identify and propose solutions to customers’ challenges in IT Security practices
- Able to articulate security technologies or post-sales issues to customers
- Install, configure and respond to provide IT Security Post-sales support
- Deploy various security solutions for clients
- 24/7 team rotation schedule, to standby on site or via phone
The Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
- CCNA or any Security Certification
- More than 2 years of working experience in Information Security and in Post-sales Security Solutions (e.g. Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortigate, Sophos, Symantec, etc.)
- Technical writing and presentation skills
- Strong project coordination skills
- Strong customer experience mindset, listening, understanding, and responding to customer needs
- Initiative, aptitude to learn new security solutions
