• Lead the painting department
• Liaise with Project supervisors
• Coordinate across all trades and meet project schedule and plans
• Overseeing Shipside paintings during drydocks
• Monitoring paintings works onboard
• Ensuring quality as in accordance to ITP priorto paintings applications
• Reviewing Punchlist and close up
Pre-inspect modules at every stage and ensure quality meets specification agreed
• Prepare painting reports on time with approval from clients
• Inspect materials are properly prepared and painted as per rfi and ensure quality meets ITP
• Inspect paintings and rectifications when required.
Comply with the specifications, control and monitoring the activities
• Responsible for quality control of all painting works, including standards and procedures etc.
• Prepare documentation like painting procedures, ITP, galvanizing procedures, or any other procedures specified by clients
• Review painting specifications from paint manufacturer
