SGH Research Office (RO) serves as a one-stop centre for all research-related matters. RO is seeking a suitable candidate with experience in drafting and execution of research and clinical trial agreements.
As part of the Research Office, the candidate will be reporting to the Manager (Research Agreements and Partnership). The candidate will be expected to perform the following roles and responsibilities:
- Facilitate the negotiation process with external parties on research-related agreements including but not limited to NDAs, MTAs, RCAs and CTAs.
- Work with external and internal teams to draft, review and finalise research-related agreements
- Advise and assist Principal Investigators on research-related matters and compliance to internal research-related policies and procedures.
- Formulate and implement research agreements-related policies, processes and dashboards.
- Assist in report collation, provide administrative support for RO related meetings and events, and other ad-hoc duties to support the RO functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in medical, health, science, law related areas or general degree with relevant experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in managing research agreements,
- Familiarity with healthcare systems in research related areas is an advantage
- Strong problem solving and communication skills and ability to adapt to fast-moving situations is necessity to handle researchers, management and other stakeholders.
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
