Business Operations Partner

Firmus Metal International Pte. Ltd.

Role Overview:


The Business Operations Partner supports the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to define and drive special projects and strategic initiatives on their behalf, providing operational and strategic support, and liaising with internal leadership in order to maximise impact and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Support

  • Assist the ELT in developing, communicating, executing and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives. Conduct research and analysis to support decision making processes.

Executive Liaison and Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact between the ELT and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among executive team members.
  • Coordinate and manage complex calendars for executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Project Management

  • Assist in coordination of special projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.

Decision Making Support

  • Provide analysis and insight to the ELT on key business issues.
  • Assist in decision-making processes by gathering relevant data and perspectives.

Meeting Preparation and Follow Up

  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for executive meetings.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of decisions.

Communication

  • Craft clear and concise communications on behalf of the ELT.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure a consistent message.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high performing team, fostering a collaborative and results oriented culture.

Requirements:

  • Extensive project management experience with a track record of successful completion
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Minimally 7-9 years experience
