Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee quality control programs, including inspections, testing, and calibration.
- Review and approve new material specifications, coordinating with customers and third-party inspection agencies.
- Address and resolve quality issues with Production and QA teams.
- Approve quality inspection reports and authorize the appointment of personnel.
- Develop competency and skills upgrading programs for QC staff.
- Perform duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor and conduct Internal/Supplier Audits if qualified.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Marine/Offshore Engineering or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of experience in an engineering workshop with supervisory roles.
- ASNT Level 2 knowledge in LPT/MPT/RT/UT.
- Familiarity with American Petroleum Institute standards
