Job Description
- Support Marketing Manager and General Manager for daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing activities.
- Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify the target customers’ needs, competition, and trends to help in creating marketing strategies and plans.
- Monitor marketing campaigns’ progress and results to gather data to help improve performance.
- Deliver graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports of findings, statistics, and insights.
- Create and update social media accounts.
- Respond to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media.
- Data entry and analysis
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant is advantageous, but candidates with sales experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office, digital marketing software, and social media platforms; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- BS in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is a plus
