Job Description
- Enhance own development by taking responsibility for staying informed and up to date with relevant product and industry knowledge
- Generate sales leads by identifying business opportunities and target markets
- Respond to sales enquiries and handle/maintain business correspondences with prospective customers in a professional manner
- Conduct sales activities including products presentation, demonstration, negotiation and proposal submission etc.
- Foster meaningful relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Achieve sales objectives and targets set by the company management
- Preparation and submission of weekly activity report
- Work closely with the business development representative to identify target market
- Other ad-hoc duties, when required
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for tender activities including preparation for tender meeting, bid sheets and other relevant materials and reports
- Support other internal organizations to secure the business opportunities or sales leads
- Maintain close liaison with customers, team and concerned parties on booking, schedule, allocation assignment and changes, equipment situation and possible shortfalls and report to line manager
- Handle customer daily queries, complaints and liaise with related departments to solve the problems
- Regularly review with customers on achievement of performance outcome including collation of customer agreed KPI’s
- Develop and maintain customer meeting output including presentation, reports, etc.
Work Location : Tuas
Work Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)
