Job Description
- Identify key opportunities and execute a pipeline of prioritised deals
- To create business opportunities by increasing customer interaction in particular through increased valuable, productive time with the customer at relevant level
- Responsible for customer success and satisfaction, delivering the best-possible outcomes and exceptional experiences for the customer
- Participate, as needed, at multi levels including end users and executive management to develop opportunities, delivering formal presentations and proposals, and engage in face-to-face meetings with key prospects and customers
- To ensure main customers are visited on a regular basis and recommending new products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
- To follow up quotes in a timely manner with the customer and to ensure sales funnel is kept up to date with accurate information for forecasting purposes
- To communicate frequently with the project team regarding enquiries and project tender
- Make outbound prospecting calls and communicate via email and social media
Requirement
- 2-4 years of sales, business development, or key account management experience. Fresh graduate welcomed for Executive role
- A proven track record of executive work in a technology-driven and product-oriented environment focused on smart devices, with complex stakeholders
- Experience in managing B2B relationships with ecosystem partners - property developers, real estate
- Managing agent, contractors, etc
- Proactive, self-driven and hungry for success
- A very strong results & goal orientated person
