Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HOD to meet daily production targets, schedule and quality standard
- Plan manpower, draw up duty roaster for operators and technicians; allocating work and plan & authorize the overtime accordingly
- Work closely with production planner to meet the on-time shipments schedule
- Compilation and monitor department KPI
- Work with various departments / engineering group in cross functional efforts to resolve the production related issues
- Identify potential issues within area and work with internal and/or inter-department teams in implementing proactive measures to prevent future occurrence.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects in department
- Support HOD in ISO documentation- Any adhoc assignments or covering duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- SPM/ GCE O Level / Higher Nitec with min 5 years manufacturing experience
- Diploma with min 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- ERP or MES experience is an added advantage
