Your Mission

As the Product Marketing Manager SEA, you are a creative thinker who can develop and execute new marketing strategies and initiatives to grow, retain, and monetize on the Warzone Mobile player base through compelling and effective marketing plans. You are a business-oriented manager who values measuring and optimizing the effectiveness and return to your marketing investment. You will create and implement marketing and business strategy to support the product through pre-release, launch and post release programs, working closely with local agencies and cross-functionally with the global marketing teams at HQ.

Your will be focused in the marketing verticals of influencer, social, and community for Warzone Mobile in SEA region. You’ll be developing marketing strategies,and leading creative production and relationships with a vast list of influencer/content creators who share your enthusiasm for our game. This role requires a team player that is focused, driven, diplomatic, and deeply equipped with the knowledge to create success in the SEA market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop best-in-class acquisition and engagement campaigns from inception to launch. Including writing briefs, working cross functionally with creative teams, and tracking results.
  • Develop regional influencer & content creators strategy & campaigns under an allocated variable sales and marketing budget, with an emphasis of building, managing, maintaining, tracking and explaining the program.
  • Coordinate directly with key influencers or manager/agents, to grow and sustain influencer relationship that supports game launch & operations.
  • Develop regional social media strategies, campaigns, and growth for channels in liaison with agency, global & regional matrix teams.
  • Develop community activations & activities that acquire new fans, engage existing ones, or elevate community sentiments.
  • Collaborate with agency to create/curate regional resonating content, not limited to localized global content, local seasonality & hot topics, culturally relevant content, and local UGCs.
  • Craft & localize our narrative message in the market, including talking points, messaging and social posts.
  • Support tours, event executions, livestreams, trade show activations, partner promotions and competitions as well as other opportunities to share our games.
  • Manage real-time reporting across streaming networks, creator platforms, social media and community discussions, including analyzing key performance data, industry trends and emerging opportunities. Surface voice of our players back into the business and influence the resolution of community critics to sustain our word of mouth.
  • Track program budgets, invoicing and reporting.
  • Track and report on community sentiment, bugs, and player issues. Champion the community hot topics through report to resolution.

Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years experiences combined in social media and community management, influencer marketing and talent management. Working experience in the relative functions of the video games industry, entertainment or associated agencies are preferred
  • In depth knowledge of the Thailand gamer community, extensive understanding of channels within (social, media, PR, community, influencer) & player preference/behaviors in Thailand, as well as in multiple countries around SEA
  • Extensive experience with regional influencer network, social platforms, video platforms, tracking and reporting platforms etc.
  • Professional experience in curating UGC & contents created by 3rd party.
  • Must have experience working with marketing budgets and ability to track and maintain total spend to P&L.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
  • Passion for data and consumer insight driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in English for both written & spoken is a must. Ability to read & speak Thai at high proficiency.
  • Ability and interest in traveling for events.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in launching commercial game products.
  • A passionate gamer with strong knowledge of the mobile shooter market.
  • Strong familiarity with the Call of Duty IP.
  • Photoshop and Premier experience a plus
  • Team managing experience
