We are looking for a Front Office Duty Manager to join our team!
As a Front Office Duty Manager, we rely on you to:
- Take responsibility for all Golden Circle members and VIP guests
- Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience
- Handle guests' feedback promptly and provide assistance to guests whenever needed
- Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
- Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests
- Ensure maximum safety of the guests and employees during emergencies
- Oversees Front Office operations, facilitate and coordinate the activities of different shifts and sections to ensure smooth, efficient operations flow
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with OPERA PMS
- Preferably a certified first aider
- Has at least 2 years of working experience in the job role, in hospitality industry
