We are looking for motivated and compassionate individual to join our expanding team in a fast-paced energetic environment.
The ideal candidate would be:
- Degree / Diploma holders in any discipline.
- 5 days’ week . Able to work Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 7pm.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting as a front-line staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong office administration skills
- A good team player with good interpersonal & conflict resolution skills.
- Patient, understanding and able to display professionalism in handling & receiving clients.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar setting.
- Able to start as soon as possible.
The Job:
- To perform reception, registrations, walk in and administration of client visits in a dynamic environment.
- Answer phone calls and emails regarding our services.
- Manage calendars and appointments scheduling for a team of psychologists, speech & occupational therapists.
- Cashiering and collection of payments.
- Provide admin support in all aspects of clinic operations and good follow up on emails and calls received.
- Exceptional customer service delivered in a timely manner.
- Work as part of the administrative team in a fun and multi-cultural environment.
