A. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Acting as a corporate secretary of the company which cover dealing with emails/mail and information related to the company and phone calls by responding, passing on messages.
2. Organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Board Management / Managers
3. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation Board Management / Managers
4. Organising events and conferences
5. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
6. Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
7. Managing databases and filing systems
8. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
9. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
10. Collating and filing expenses
11. Miscellaneous tasks to support Board Management/Managers
B. REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience with handling and understanding the procedures of an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
3. General understanding of logistics i.e., INCOTERMS, UCP600
4. Good organisational and time management skills, and able to demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently
5. Flexibility and adaptability in juggling a range of different tasks and to work on different time-zones meet deadlines
6. Have discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
7. Has an eye for detail a dynamic and committed attitude with strong sense of initiative.
