Job Description:
- Maintain and improve the current Salesforce application, including troubleshooting and assessing functionalities.
- Produce business reports and create new ones as needed, utilizing Salesforce.
- Act as the main liaison with external Salesforce vendors to address related needs and queries.
- Supervise the upkeep of all IT systems, encompassing hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical assistance to retail outlets, resolving computer and software issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to grasp and address IT needs, ensuring smooth operations across all sites.
- Generate business reports using Salesforce and NOVA POS systems, presenting essential data and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and recommend solutions to enhance IT infrastructure and operations.
- Regularly conduct system audits to identify potential issues and implement necessary upgrades or improvements.
- Ensure the implementation of data security measures and backup systems to safeguard sensitive information.
- Assist other departments in setting up and maintaining domains and websites.
- Offer training and support to end-users on IT systems for efficient technology utilization.
- Engage with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and manage contracts/subscriptions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and propose best practices to enhance IT operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Mandatory Salesforce application certification.
- Previous experience in an IT Manager role or similar, ideally in a multi-location retail setting.
- Proficient in computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with NOVA POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Preferred experience in the retail industry.
