JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prioritize, plan and coordinate project development activities according to customer requirements.
- Leads and supervises the project team daily to execute assigned projects within deadlines and budget.
- Act as primary contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Perform customer negotiations for contractual terms and agreements.
- Prepare project proposals and develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Determine resource requirements and identify resources with the right skills to execute projects successfully.
- Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- In charge of all necessary safety documents and site safety issues.
- Provide project schedules, including material and supplier schedules.
- Develop cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Interact with customers to clearly understand business needs and expectations.
- Build positive working relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree in construction-related field
- Minimum experience of 7 years in construction.
- Should have BCSS / CSCPM.
- Knowledge of BMS is a plus.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and persuasive.
- Class 3 license
