We are seeking for an experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Human Resource in Nippon Sanso Holdings Singapore.
This Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, HR must have hands-on HR operations experience and ideally, equipped with strategic HR perspective on talent management. In particular, Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, HR will get to work with HR team members across Southeast Asia & India region.
This position will oversee all aspects of HR operations in Singapore and will report to Senior Vice President, Human Resource.
Key Responsibilities
Performance, Compensation & Benefits:
(1) Maintain and improve talent job performance through talent management
- Administer performance review process
- Manage employee benefits program, including corporate insurance program (Group Insurance and WICA)
(2) Maintain Human Resource Information Systems (including payroll, eleave system, bio-metric door access systems etc)
- Manage payroll and prepare payroll reports
- Administer payroll and all Government portals, such as, NS, MOM, CPF, IRAS, Skillsconnect
- Point-of-Contact with external agencies on expatriates Tax and Accommodation matter
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and legislations
(3) Maintain HR Operations to ensure effective and efficient people and office management
- Administer full HR spectrum and related operations in Singapore office
- Manage external service providers
- Verify invoices and obtain approval prior to sending to Finance team for payment
- Be involve as a member of Nippon Sanso Holdings Singapore – Health & Wellness Club
Talent Management Portfolio:
(1) Recruitment:
- Manage recruitment process from attraction, selection, interview and appointment to maintain the staffing level for different level of hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
- Handle Work Pass application, renewal, cancellation, and other related matters.
(2) Support in day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to on-boarding, confirmation, off-boarding.
- Address and provide advice to Business and staff on HR related queries and issues.
- Work with HRP Support team on HR administration and operational matters such as the processing of on/off boarding, transfers and staff confirmation.
Talent Development Portfolio:
(1) Training:
- Liaise with training providers for smooth delivery of internal training for SEA+I participants
- Manage end-to-end training administration processes including tracking attendances, event management, sending email reminders to employees, preparing of training reports, and
- Evaluation of training agreements or proposal.
- Tracking and collation of Feedbacks in different platforms
- Prepare training presentation decks according to occasion.
General Requirements
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities, with specialisation in Human Resources, Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in full spectrum of HR functions.
- Good experience and strong knowledge in local legislation
- Self-driven with proven skills in strategic problem solving
- Great attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for occasional liaison with internal stakeholders and Company client (if required)
- A team player, resourceful and able to work independently.
