Job Profile Summary:

Job Description:

• Lead the vision and roadmap of the product in partnership with business leaders & technology partners
• Responsible for delivery of agreed platform roadmap & realization of business benefits
• Managing a team of Software Engineers and Business Analyst for the platform
• Ensure that team has clarity of purpose and direction as well as alignment with organizational vision, mission and strategy
• Manage stakeholders, including influencing and persuading, as part of applications delivery and support
• Develop resource plans for the teams and formulate business-technology capabilities roadmap in area of responsibility

Who we are looking for:

Competencies & Personal Traits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders
• Strong experience in Digital Product management and UX
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss product strategy and manage trade-offs
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to backup assumptions and recommendations and to drive actions
• Strong negotiation skills - able to balance the role, priorities & stakeholders
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Competency in Jira and Confluence
• Need to be able to effectively communicate Product vision and features with Business leaders & Business Partners

Working Experience

• At least 8+ years of total experience & at least 3 years of experience in software products delivery
• Managing and delivering customer-centric software products and services in a high growth environment
• Demonstrated passion for transformative user experiences
• Leading cross-functional and cross-company teams to deliver product experience & projects timely
• Experience with Vendor Engagement & RFI, RFP
• In depth understanding of Insurance, Insurance products, market and processes is advantageous

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or related field; MBA or other relevant degrees will be added advantages

• English
