Responsibilities:

Technical Manager Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in computer information systems, managementinformation systems, or similar.
Extensive experience in technical management, preferably in arelated industry.
Ability to manage IT support teams, as well as hire and train new ITstaff.
Extensive experience in collaborating with development teams andusers.
Ability to diagnose faults, oversee user-testing, and implementrequired changes.
Ensuring optimal hardware and software functionality, as well asnetwork security.
Ability to keep up with advancements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
