The Opportunity


You will work across a broad ecosystem and partners based on multiple countries across SEA with particular focus on Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and The Philippines.


You will drive important new and existing partnerships and enable Apps/Gaming developers & content publishers to grow their businesses using our monetization solutions.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new business opportunities within selected verticals
  • Prospect, acquire, and develop valuable new business partnerships with app developers/publishers and help to grow their businesses
  • Develop executive-level relationships with partners by becoming a trusted advisor, providing business and product expertise, and providing exceptional customer support
  • Manage internal project operations and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project goals, track and monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed, ensuring successful project completion and go-to-market execution
  • Work with a variety of teams (e.g., Product, Technical Support, Marketing) to ensure your publisher partners have access to the resources they need to succeed
  • Recognize market needs to provide feedback to strategies and product roadmap


Your Background

  • Degree in Business or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience in new business development, working with Publishers, Media owners or Apps developers
  • Experience in partner/client relationship-building, with the demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with new partners/clients
  • Experience in project management, including the ability to develop, implement, and track project plans, using project management tools, and stakeholder management with proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Experience with online advertising or ad monetization solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdMob) and knowledge of programmatic advertising space
  • Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)
  • Vertical expertise: Mobile Gaming, Lifestyle Apps Self-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to structure, analyze and solve complex business problems, and to deliver impact against concrete business goals
  • Experience with automated tools (e.g., spreadsheets, pivot tables, software, databases, etc.) Experience managing sales pipeline
