Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patrons upon arrival.
- Manage and coordinate customer queues efficiently.
- Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing, serving customers, and maintaining table orderliness.
- Provide exemplary food and beverage service to guests.
- Promptly address customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Ensure continuous cleanliness and hygiene within the restaurant premises.
- Assist in monitoring and replenishing inventory.
- Support chefs and cooks in the preparation of ingredients.
Work location: Central, West & East
5 work days/week, payable OT
44 hours per week. OT Payable
