Mechanical Completion Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Punch List Management:Develop and maintain a comprehensive punch list, collaborating with construction and commissioning teams to ensure timely resolution of incomplete or substandard work.
    Conduct regular site inspections to identify punch list items and maintain accurate documentation.
  2. Coordination and Communication:Work closely with construction, commissioning, and engineering teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
    Schedule and participate in meetings to discuss punch list progress, prioritize activities, and address any issues.
  3. Documentation Control:Maintain accurate records of punch list items, including photographs, descriptions, and status updates.
    Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements and industry standards.
  4. Mechanical Completion Oversight:Oversee the mechanical completion process to verify the installation, testing, and readiness of systems and equipment for commissioning.
    Collaborate with commissioning teams to support the transition from mechanical completion to commissioning.
  5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:Ensure that all work meets specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in punch list coordination or mechanical completion roles within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, industry codes, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality documentation.
