Join Us as a Recruitment Coordinator:
We are on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting our hiring needs. You will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the efficient coordination of candidate interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience. Your role demands exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, proactiveness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based in our Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire candidate journey, ensuring a best-in-class experience from initial contact through offer and pre-onboarding.
- Assist recruiters and hiring managers with all scheduling needs, maintaining efficient timelines throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate professionally and confidentially with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely and effective interactions.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity through scorecards and updated candidate profiles.
- Coordinate candidate travel and expense processes for in-person interviews, managing all logistical aspects of in-person candidate on-sites.
- Collaborate with our leaders, staffing vendors, and external recruiting agencies to facilitate executive hiring needs.
- Contribute to new ideas for improving the recruiting process and operations while assisting with related projects.
- Work closely with the People Success Operations team on pre-onboarding processes, visa processing, and reference and background check processes.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR coordination, or similar roles, preferably in the tech, fintech, or financial services sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly proficient in scheduling meetings and interviews using Google Calendar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree
