Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly closing of accounts and consolidation
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations and provide guidance
- Review month end financial and management reports and ensure compliance with international accounting standards and tax regulations
- Perform variance analysis on the financial performance
- Prepare budget and forecasts
- Review yearly tax computation
- Handling of listing announcement, XBRL filings
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, processes and procedures
- Liaise with external auditor and tax agent on all audit and tax related matters
- Liaise with banker for banking facilities related matters
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / CA / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Highly committed team player
