Job description:
Perform customer service duties at the reception counter such as handling of phone calls and walk in enquiries.
Print examination papers, assessment papers, worksheets and other materials
Record incoming and outgoing mails
Assist requests from students and staffs of the school
Filing of documents
Handle other administrative duties as assigned
Work timing:
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
Fridays: 8:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
Requirements:
At least GCE ‘N’ level
Good Customer Service skills
Experienced in handling administrative works
Computer Literacy e.g Microsoft office (MS Word and MS Excel)
