The Role Responsibilities
Purpose of the role
The Lead, HR Strategic Change will support the Global Head, HR Strategic Change in designing, developing and implementing global HR strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s overall business objectives and goals. As part of the global HR Strategy & Digital Transformation Team (S&DT), the role holder will play a key role in supporting our HR function is delivering its ambitious agenda globally.
Strategy
· Work closely with the Global Head, HR Strategic Change to deliver HR and digital transformation strategic initiatives across the Group, ensuring these are aligned to the Group strategic agenda and to the Global HR overarching strategic agenda.
· Drive the delivery of global programs, such as the refreshed HR Target Operating Model (HR TOM) globally, collaborating with senior stakeholders across HR.
· Articulate clear deliverables, define implementation plan and required budget to deliver the best outcomes for each of the allocated programs.
· Take ownership of designing and running workshops with senior stakeholders ensuring the right outcomes are achieved in the most efficient way.
· Maintain constant collaboration and engagement with other HR Centres of Excellence, ensuring that our ways of working and operating model continue to drive high levels of experience for our colleagues in a way that combines the best of the digital-human interface.
· Ensure close collaboration with key internal HR and Group wide stakeholders to align on priorities, expectations, connections and dependencies.
· Support the writing of strategic papers for our HR Management Team on our HR priorities and the progress of global HR initiatives when required.
Business
· Contribute to the monitoring of external perspective to bring in innovative ideas and benchmark ourselves with progressive companies across sectors to drive greater impact for our clients.
· Support relationships building and management of vendors when required.
Processes
· Ensure new changes implemented are aligned with existing global HR processes and procedures to maintain the efficient and effective management of the organization’s global workforce.

· Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of the role.
· Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters.

· Adopt and align with the ways of working defined by our PMO and our change office.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
· Comply with the highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and practices as defined by internal and external requirements.
· Assess requirements and take accountability for ensuring all regulatory requirements related to the introduction of key cloud products and supporting business processes are met in a timely fashion, including data residency, data privacy, outsourcing arrangements and legal requirement
· Understand and ensure compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including those governing securities activities, company law, anti-money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions; the Group’s policies and procedures; and the Group Code of Conduct.
· Embed the Group’s Values and Group Code of Conduct to ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics. Comply with relevant policies, processes and regulations, as part of the culture.

Our Ideal Candidate
· 10+ years of experience working within Human Resources in the financial industry preferable
· Experience of working within Big Four consultancy environment
· Have worked in an international, dynamic organisation
· Ability to balance strategic thinking, with operational detail where required to assure quality and problem solve
· Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to adapt to different styles according to target audience.
· Demonstrated competency in decision making and problem solving; resource management; conflict management; leadership; and planning, prioritising and goal setting.
· Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation.
· A proven track record leading successful projects. Deep understanding of ePMO processes and requirements
· Strong understanding of complex programmes financials and SCB financial processes
· MS Project skills
· Advanced MS Office Suite Skills including SharePoint
· Ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders, internal resources and 3rd parties
