Our client seeks a Program Manager to enforce compliance with security measures through the ASC Remediation Program, ensuring robust application security.
The program is split in 4 categories:
- ASC Remediations Project
- Encryption Project
- Non-Production Anonymization
- ASC Remediations Initiatives
The program objective specifically targets fixing non-conformities in controls and key controls related to encryption, non-production environment anonymization, IAM processes, logs and events, data classification, network security, continuity, and third-party risk management process implementation.
Role:
- Oversee the ASC Remediation Program, addressing non-conformities in 4 key categories.
- Remediate assets through controls and key controls focused on encryption, anonymization, IAM, logs, data classification, network, continuity, and third-party risk management.
- Report to the Data Protection Division Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor program capacity, schedule, and scope, ensuring adherence.
- Develop and manage the program budget and operating plan.
- Manage projects, ensuring proper structure and coordination.
- Establish project organization, closely following Project Managers contributing to the program.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting throughout the program lifecycle.
- Analyze program risks, raise technical issues, and assist in mitigation.
- Escalate foreseeable risks and issues to the Manager.
- Ensure planned implementation of requirements, traceability, and completion of tests.
- Manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate with Production teams, local IT, and Release Manager for deployment.
- Ensure goals are met, including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.
- Manage Steering Committee preparation and presentation.
Profile:
- 5+ years of Program Manager experience in banking, with a background in Data, Transformation, or Process Domain.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT security.
- Proficient in analysis methodology with a successful project delivery track record.
- Critical thinking skills, entrepreneurial spirit (optional), and relevant certifications (CISSP/CISM/CISA optional).
- Client-focused with impactful personal influence.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage/facilitate meetings, seminars, committees, and training.
- Proactive, positive attitude, and collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities.
- IT knowledge/background and familiarity with agile ways of working.
