Senior/ Staff/ Enrolled Nurses
Responsibilities
· Provide high-quality patient care.
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
· Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
· Collaborate with physicians, colleagues, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
· Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and procedures
. Demonstrate competency in nursing core and special skills.
Requirements
- Fully registered/valid with SNB (Singapore)
- Valid BCLS/ AED Certification.
- With minimum two years’ or more years of experience in the discipline.
