Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting advanced statistical analyses on large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Developing and implementing machine learning models to solve business problems and improve decision-making processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Work on projects and initiatives related to data analysis and machine learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, data analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum of two (2) years of applied experience with machine learning on large datasets.
- At least two (2) years of relevant work or industrial experience in statistical data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Python, R, Scala), database languages (e.g., SQL), visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense), big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Hive), and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing senior stakeholders.
