Responsibilities
- This position is for permanent night shift in hotel environment.
- Handle operations of front line duties at front desk.
- Multitasking in guest services for room deliveries.
- Responsible for the daily cashiering and ensuring a consistently high standard of guest service.
- Responsible for Information desk activities (including guest queries, information, mail, and messages.
- Identify the person to whom he/she is speaking, and the subject of the request, and direct the guest accordingly
- Friendly person with a pasison for guest services
- Training provided and career opportunities in the hotel industry
