My client is a well-established Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider known for their contract manufacturing services of high-mix-low-volume projects.
Due to expansion, they are now looking for a qualified Sales Program Manager to be responsible for the growth of assigned accounts.
As a Sales Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities through building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
- Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
- Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
- Liaise and coordinate with customers and other departments pertaining to project activities and order fulfilment
- Manage product EOL, ECO, OBS, inventory
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5+ years experience in Electronic Manufacturing (EMS) / PCBA / System Integration and Box Build
- Possess Manufacturing/Program management experience is required
- Possess strong business sense and industry expertise
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Base salary up to $7,500 monthly, excluding comms.
