Job responsibilities:
Ship to Shore Crane, Rubber tyred Gantry Cranes Development Engineering work
Overall responsible for development engineering works specifically for equipment of port crane such as Ship to Shore crane or rubber tyred gantry cranes in our delivery project.
- Responsible for Specialized Automated Port Crane Development Commissioning and overseas Port Crane Automation System functions to meet client-required standards.
- Involves in designing and developing special software and implementing ongoing Automation test projects at client place.
- Management of the entire project of the automated crane system, such as manpower management, negotiation with clients, and safety management.
- Overseeing Port Crane Automation Solutions on Remote Control Operation to meet client’s specifications.
- Project implementation for the ongoing Automation jobs at the client’s place and ensure handover smoothly.
- To conduct endurance and performance tests on the Automated Crane System to meet the fullest safety and quality requirements of the Port Crane System.
- Involves quality control management of overseas port crane systems such as after-sales service in response to unexpected problems 24/7 on automated crane systems.
- Training and upgrading local engineers on Specialized Crane Automation Skills on troubleshooting, PLC software Debug techniques, and software skills on crane Automation or innovation technology.
