Job Description
- Assess Watch Condition: Evaluate the condition of watches brought in for repair, conducting thorough inspections to identify issues such as mechanical problems, damage, or wear and tear.
Identify Repair Needs: Determine the specific repair or servicing needs of each watch based on the assessment, including tasks such as movement servicing, case and bracelet polishing, crystal replacement, or component repairs.
Provide Cost Estimates: Offer accurate cost estimates for the required repairs or servicing, taking into account the complexity of the work, the cost of replacement parts, and the labor involved in restoring the watch to optimal condition.
Communicate Repair Options: Present repair options to the owner, explaining the recommended course of action based on the watch's condition, the owner's preferences, and budget considerations, while ensuring transparency and clarity regarding the scope of work and associated costs.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the repair process by providing clear communication, timely updates on the status of repairs, and delivering quality workmanship that meets or exceeds the owner's expectations.
