Customer Service Officer (Aesthetic)

• Working location: Orchard
• Working Days: Monday - Saturday, 6 days - Sundays and PH OFF
• Working hours: outlet open from 11am to 8.30pm (Shift rotating 7-8 hours), depends outlets
• Salary: $2,000 - $2,500

JOB DESCRIPTION

Front Desk

• Handle incoming calls and phone enquiries
• Manage clients’ registrations, updating and keeping records
• Scheduling of patients’ appointments

Dispensary

• Performing cashiering duties
• Dispensing of products/medications
• Maintain inventory
• Sort, count, replenish product stock
• Assist manager in stock take process
• Maintain tidiness in dispensary area
• Handling purchase order and delivery order
