Responsibilities:
- Planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
- Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
- Liaises with site engineers to ensure a smoothly workflow
- Conducts M&E coordination meeting
- Schedules and monitor M&E work progress
- Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination
- Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project
- Prepare floorplans, shop drawing, detailed drawings and as-built.
Requirements :
- Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or its relevant discipline.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field in Singapore
- Good knowledge relevant software: BIM, Revit,Autocad
- Good project experience
